Mass at the Sagrada Familia

The Expiatory Temple of the Sagrada Familia is world-renowned for its stunning architecture and as one of Barcelona’s most important tourist attractions. However, it is important to remember that it is a Catholic Basilica permanently dedicated to religious worship. Mass at the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia

At the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, you can freely attend three types of Masses:

  • Morning International Masses
  • Evening International Masses
  • Extraordinary Celebration Masses

All are held at the Main Altar and provide a unique experience for those of the Christian faith. Additionally, Mass at the Sagrada Familia is also an opportunity to access the interior of the Basilica without paying the entrance fee.

Since attending Mass is a way to enter the Sagrada Familia for free and services tend to be crowded, we recommend arriving well in advance to secure a spot in line. As explained below, admission depends on available capacity.
